Third star level – Basic training for new instructors:
- Small team leadership;
- Methods of instruction.
Gold Star
Fourth star level – Planning and Senior leadership.
- Expands upon all silver star learnings;
Master Cadet – 5th year
- Primarily self study;
- Promotes self discipline
