The 1809 LER Cadet Support Committee is open to all parents and supporters of our cadets. The goal is to fundraise and provide opportunities and equipment that the Department of National Defense would not provide as part of the cadet program funding. Our goal is to ensure that our cadets receive the support they need to take the cadet experience to the next level of enjoyment.
We encourage you to participate in the following fundraisers:
- Fundrive – we are collecting gently used donated items until April 26. We turn these items over to value village and they pay us by weight. More details will be sent home with the cadets next week.
- Salisbury gift cards – cadets will be sent home with order forms. 20% of the sales are returned to us, order deadline is April 26, gift cards will be available by Mother’s Day.
- Gift Card Sales – the FlipGive fundraiser has ended, but a new campaign will start in the coming weeks.
The 1809 RCACC Corps Support Committee gains a substantial amount of our funding via casino funds, and we need to expand our member list to be eligible for a casino.
